Punch is the ultimate way to make and share cocktails for the masses and this take on a classic by the Smuggler's Cove team is epic.
Using the original formula they have created the perfect afternoon sipper that is still on the boozy side but perfectly balanced.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 oz / 90 ml aged Jamaican rum
- 1/4 oz / 7.5 ml allspice dram
- 1 oz / 30 ml lime juice
- 3/4 oz / 22.5 ml demerara syrup
- 2 dash of Angostura bitters
