Chicken Pesto Lasagna With Creamy White Sauce

In today’s video, I will be making chicken lasagna from leftover baked chicken. However, you can make this recipe with any leftover chicken, rotisserie chicken, thighs or chicken breast. This lasagna recipe has a creamy cheesy roux and then we make a Parmesan mix with fresh parsley. This is one of the best lasagna recipe you’ll ever make and it’s very easy to put together.

  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese,
  • 2 16 mozzarella cheese
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon pesto
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning
  • 2tablespoon all purpose flour to
  • 1 cup pasta water
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon creole seasoning.
