  • Boiled potatoes - 4
  • Green chilli -1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
  • Roasted cumin powder -1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion, cucumber and tomato slices
  • Chat masala
  • Black salt
  • Chilli flakes
  • Oregano

For green chutney :

  • Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
  • Green chilli - 4
  • Ginger - 2 inch
  • Garlic - 10 cloves
  • Roasted cumin powder -1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water - 3 tbsp
