- 1.5 cup all purpose flour
- maida (200 gms) 1 tsp
- baking powder 1/2 tsp
- baking soda 200 gms
- sweetened condensed milk 4 tbsp
- butter 1/2 cup
- milk 120 ml 3 tbsp
- milk powder (you can add 100 gms powdered sugar ) 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
- Some nuts to garnish
