Focaccinas

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 Eggs
  • Parsley
  • 150g of cheese
  • 150ml (1/2 cup) of milk
  • 6g (1/4 tbsp) of salt
  • 350g (2 1/2 cups) of flour
  • 6g (1/2 tbsp) of baking powder
  • Oil for frying

METHOD:

1. Mix eggs, parsley, grated cheese, salt and milk in a bowl. Whisk to blend all the ingredients. Add flour and baking powder and mix. When the dough starts forming, knead it with hands to obtain a smooth dough.

2. Transfer the dough to the working surface and roll it out with the rolling pin.

3. Make circles with a cookie cutter and transfer them to the pan with the oil.

4. Cover with a lid and cook them at the lowest heat for 10 min. After 10 minutes flip the over and cook 5 more minutes with the lid.

5. Serve them all together on the plate and enjoy.
