Chocolate and Strawberries Desert
INGREDIENTS
- 500ml (2 cups) of plain Greek yogurt
- 300g (2 ½ cups) of strawberries, chopped
- 50ml (3 tbsp) of honey
- 300g (2 cups) of melted dark chocolate
- A pinch of sea salt
METHOD
1. In a large bowl combine yogurt with honey and chopped strawberries.
2. Put 2 tbsp portions of the mixture on a silicone mat or parchment-covered cutting board. Transfer into the freezer. Freeze for about an hour or until fully set.
3. Dip each yogurt bar into melted chocolate and sprinkle some sea salt on top.
