Zucchini Stacks


  • 3 zucchini
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dry basil
  • Paprika
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 60g of parmesan


1. Over the bowl slice the zucchini with the mandoline.

2. Season the zucchini slices with salt, pepper, dry basil, and paprika. Add the parmesan and mix it all together well.

3. Pour a drizzle of oil into a muffin pan and make small piles with the zucchini slices.

4. Add a little grated Parmesan on top and a drizzle of olive oil. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

5. Serve them all together on a serving dish.
