Crispy Fried Tuna Balls

INGREDIENTS
- 550g of boiled potatoes
- 350g of tuna in oil
- 1 egg
- 40g (1/2 cup) of parmesan
- Parsley
- Salt
- 100g (3/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
METHOD
1. Add the boiled potatoes to the bowl and mash them well.
2. In a bowl with the mashed potatoes add the tuna in oil (drained), egg, parmesan, parsley, salt, and breadcrumbs and mix to combine.
3. Make the balls from the mixture and cover them with the breadcrumbs.
4. Transfer tuna balls to the pan with hot oil and fry until they are golden brown. Serve on a plate and enjoy.
