Super Fluffy Buns in a Pan

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g (1 1/2 cups) of flour
  • 40g (1/4 cup) of sugar
  • 3g (1/2 tsp) of salt
  • 7g of dry yeast
  • 1 egg
  • 80ml ( 1/3 cup) of milk
  • 30g (2 tbsp) of butter

METHOD

1. In a bowl mix together egg, dry yeast, milk, and sugar. Add in flour, salt, and butter. Let the dough rise for 2 hours.

2. Divide into little balls and transfer them to the pan, cover, and let them rise for 40 minutes more.

3. Cook on low heat for 8 minutes from one side and 4-5 minutes more from another side.
