Zucchini Pockets


  • 4 zucchini
  • 250g of cooked ham
  • 250g of mozzarella
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil


1. Wash and cut the zucchini lengthwise. Transfer the slices to the grill pan and grill on both sides until they are soft.

2. Arrange slices on the cutting board and add a piece of ham and a slice of mozzarella. Fold and close with the toothpick.

3. Transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper and season with salt and pepper. Add a drizzle of olive oil and transfer to the oven. Bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes.

4. Serve them all together after baking on a serving plate.
