Cookies with Pistachios and Almonds


  • 260g (1 cup + 2 tbsp) of butter
  • 120g (1 cup) of powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 500g (4 cups) of flour
  • 16g of baking powder
  • Almonds chopped
  • Pistachio chopped
  • Pistachio grains
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • Chocolate chips


1. In a bowl mix together butter with powdered sugar and eggs, add in flour and baking powder.

2. Divide the dough into pieces and mix each piece with different toppings, chocolate, or nuts.

3 Wrap into the plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour.

4. Cut into slices and transfer to the baking pan.

5. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes.
