Silver Fizz
A delicous cross between a Gin Fizz and a Tom Collins- the Silver Fizz is the best of both worlds!
Muddling in some fresh fruit will take it to a whole new level!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz / 60 ml gin
- 3/4 oz / 22.5 ml lemon juice
- 3/4 oz / 22.5 ml simple syrup
- 1/2 oz / 15 ml egg white
- 1-2 oz / 30 - 60 ml soda water
