Stuffed Pancakes

INGREDIENTS (for 3 pcs)

  • 90g of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 50g of sugar
  • 8g of baking powder
  • 10g of milk
  • 3 tablespoons of hazelnut spreadable cream
  • 20g oil

METHOD

1. Prepare the batter by combining the dry ingredients first and then the liquid ones.

2. On a sheet of parchment paper, create a disc of hazelnut spreadable cream with the help of a spoon, then place in the freezer.

3. Grease the pan and form a pacake with the batter, halfway through cooking add the hazelnut cream disc and cover with more batter.

4. Flip the pancake to the other side and finish cooking.

5. Your super delicious stuffed pancakes are ready to be enjoyed for breakfast or as a snack!
