No-bake Chocolate Balls
INGREDIENTS
- 130g (¾ cup) cookies, crumbled
- 50g (3 tbsp) cream cheese
- 50g (3 tbsp) hazelnut cream
- 20g (1 tbsp) cocoa powder
Melted chocolate for coating
METHOD
1. In a medium bowl mix crumbled cookies with cream cheese, cocoa, and hazelnut paste.
2. Take a spoonful of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Repeat until you have no more mixture left.
3. Chill truffles in the freezer for 40 minutes. Dip into chocolate before serving.
