Ingredients
- 2 Cup Besan/ Gram Flour
- 3 Tbsp Ghee
- 3 Tbsp Milk
- Mix Well
- Strain the Mixture
- 1/3 Cup Ghee
- Roast Gram Flour
- Roast In Low Heat
- Roast For 4-5 Minutes
- ½ Cup Milk (Add Gradually)
- Cook For 3-5 Minutes
- Keep Aside
- 1 Cup Sugar
- ½ Cup Water
- ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
- Boil the Sugar
- Cook Until 1 String Consistency
- Add Roasted Gram Flour
- Mix Well
- Cook Until Separate from the Pan
- Grease Oil on 6 Inch Mould
- Place Baking Paper
- Add Some Dry Fruits
- Spread the Mixture
- Keep Aside for 1 Hour
- Cut Into Pieces
