Traditional Indian Sweets

Ingredients

  • 2 Cup Besan/ Gram Flour
  • 3 Tbsp Ghee
  • 3 Tbsp Milk
  • Mix Well
  • Strain the Mixture
  • 1/3 Cup Ghee
  • Roast Gram Flour
  • Roast In Low Heat
  • Roast For 4-5 Minutes
  • ½ Cup Milk (Add Gradually)
  • Cook For 3-5 Minutes
  • Keep Aside
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ Tspn Cardamom Powder
  • Boil the Sugar
  • Cook Until 1 String Consistency
  • Add Roasted Gram Flour
  • Mix Well
  • Cook Until Separate from the Pan
  • Grease Oil on 6 Inch Mould
  • Place Baking Paper
  • Add Some Dry Fruits
  • Spread the Mixture
  • Keep Aside for 1 Hour
  • Cut Into Pieces
