Tiramisu al Limoncello

Today our Elpidio is in Amalfi the paradise of lemons and he's going to show you how to make a version of one of the best desserts ever: Tiramisù al limoncello!


  • 500ml whipping cream
  • 500g mascarpone cheese
  • 150g powdered sugar
  • 300 ml limoncello
  • 3 Sorrento lemons
  • 300g Savoiardi (lady's fingers)


Let’s start with making this delicious piece of art!

1. Add whipping cream to a bowl and whisk

2. Add sugar

3. When it's fluffy we add mascarpone cheese and a generous shot of limoncello

4. Mix it and put it to rest in the fridge

5. In a soup plate mix water, limoncello and a squeeze of lemon

6. Now take your savoiardi and dip them for a couple of seconds in our mixture

7. Put a generous amount of cream at the bottom of our tray and start layering

8. Grate some lemon zest on top and put it in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
