Easy and Rich Soy Milk Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • Tupperware Capacity: 280ml
  • 200ml Soy Milk
  • 50g Chocolate( 72% Cocoa)
  • 5g Gelatin Powder
  • 20ml Water
  • *Cocoa powder

【Directions】

① Put water in a heat-resistant container and sprinkle in the gelatin powder.

Once the gelatin softens, heat in a 600W microwave for 20 seconds to dissolve it.

② Heat 100ml of soy milk in a 600W microwave for 1 minute.

Add chopped chocolate and melt it.

③ Once the chocolate is melted, add the dissolved gelatin and mix well. Add the remaining 100ml of soy milk and mix thoroughly.

④ Pour into a container, such as a Tupperware, and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to set.

⑤ Remove from the container and sprinkle with cocoa on top. It's ready!

When removing from the Tupperware, warming the sides with a hot steamed towel makes it easier to take out.
