Pineapple Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS

  • 900g (4 cups) of cream cheese
  • 130g of pecans (chopped)
  • Green onion
  • 240g of pineapple (crushed)
  • Paprika
  • Garlic powder
  • Pecans
  • Pineapple top

METHOD

1. In a bowl add the cream cheese, pecans (chopped), green onion, pineapple (crushed), paprika, and garlic powder and mix with a spatula to combine.

2. Pour the mixture onto the serving dish and shape it with the spatula.

3. Add the pecans on the shaped cream cheese to cover it completely on all sides.

4. Finally add the pineapple top. Serve with crackers on the side.
