INGREDIENTS
- 1 baby watermelon
- 1 lime
METHOD
1. Hollow out the watermelon and freeze the pulp.
2. Blend the watermelon pulp with the lime zest and its juice.
3. Fill the watermelon with granita, if you want to make it fresher add mint!
