Ingredients

2 servings

●Chicken breast 300g

  • Salt, pepper
  • 1-2 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 tspOlive oil 1 teaspoon

●vegetables

  • Lettuce
  • Bell pepper
  • Purple onion
  • *Please use your favorite vegetables, chopped

●Topping

Almonds

●Dressing

Easy-to-make amount

  • 1.5 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 2 tsp Grated garlic
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper

【Directions】

① Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Add the ingredients marked with and mix well, then let it sit for 15 minutes.

Pan-fry the chicken and let it cool.

② Dice the vegetables.

Cut all the vegetables to approximately the same size. This makes mixing easier, visually appealing, and easy to eat.

③ Mix all the dressing ingredients together, then combine with the vegetables and chicken to finish!
