  • ½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • Mix Well
  • 1/3 Cup Water ( Add Gradually)
  • Make Dough
  • Keep Aside
  • 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • Some Coriander Leaves
  • Mix Well
  • Divide The Dough
  • Roll
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Potato Mixture
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Cover With Another Roti
  • Cut Into Triangle Shapes

Flour Slurry:

  • 3 Tbsp Flour
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • Mix Well
  • Dip In Flour Slurry
  • Fry In Medium Heated Oil
  • Fry For 7-8 Min.
