- ½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- Mix Well
- 1/3 Cup Water ( Add Gradually)
- Make Dough
- Keep Aside
- 2 Boiled Mashed Potatoes
- ½ Tspn Chilli Flakes
- ½ Tspn Salt
- ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
- ½ Tspn Cumin
- Some Coriander Leaves
- Mix Well
- Divide The Dough
- Roll
- Tomato Ketchup
- Potato Mixture
- Tomato Ketchup
- Cover With Another Roti
- Cut Into Triangle Shapes
Flour Slurry:
- 3 Tbsp Flour
- 1/3 Cup Water
- Mix Well
- Dip In Flour Slurry
- Fry In Medium Heated Oil
- Fry For 7-8 Min.
