Cheesecake on a stick

INGREDIENTS

For the dough:

  • 120g (1/2 cup) of sugar
  • 220g (1 cup) of butter
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 270g (2 cups) of flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 60g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder

For the cream:

  • 130g (1/2 cup) of butter
  • 180g (7/8 cup) of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 520g of cream cheese
  • 220g (3/4 cup) of yogurt
  • 220ml (3/4 cup) of cream
  • 4 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 30g (1/4 cup) of cocoa powder
  • 160g of white chocolate
  • 160g of milk chocolate
  • Berries
  • Nuts

METHOD

1. In a bowl mix together egg with sugar and vanilla extract. Add in flour and salt.

2. Divide the dough into two portions and add cocoa powder to the second.

3. In another bowl beat together butter with sugar, add in eggs and vanilla extract, lemon zest, cream cheese yogurt and cream.

4. Divide the dough into two portions and add cocoa powder to the second.

5. In the first pan add the dough and top with prepared mixture, repeat with dark dough and dark cheese mixture.

6. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 60 minutes.

7. Once the cheesecake are completely cooled divide it into pieces and dip into the melted chocolate then refrigerate for 60 minutes.

8. Decorate with fruits, nuts, sweets or chocolate.
