Ingredients

For the figs mixture stuffing:

  • 30g of almonds
  • 1/2 of lemon (peel)
  • 400g of figs
  • 50g (1/4 cup) of sugar

For the batter:

  • 80g (1/2 cup) of sugar
  • 1/2 of lemon (peel)
  • 210g (1 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
  • 40g (1/4 cup) of potato starch
  • 20g (1/4 cup) of almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 5g (1 tsp) of baking powder
  • 60g (1/4 cup) of butter (cold)
  • 30ml (3 tbsp) of milk
  • Powdered sugar
