Ingredients
For the figs mixture stuffing:

- 1/2 of lemon (peel)
- 400g of figs
- 50g (1/4 cup) of sugar
For the batter:
- 80g (1/2 cup) of sugar
- 1/2 of lemon (peel)
- 210g (1 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
- 40g (1/4 cup) of potato starch
- 20g (1/4 cup) of almond flour
- 1 egg
- 5g (1 tsp) of baking powder
- 60g (1/4 cup) of butter (cold)
- 30ml (3 tbsp) of milk
- Powdered sugar
