Ingredients

  • 1 lb of protein of choice, such as beef, chicken, or tofu

Marinade:

  • 2 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp dark soy sauce
  • ½ Tbsp white pepper
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch

Sauce:

  • 3 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 3 Tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce

Pad See Ew:

  • ½ white onion, sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 150 grams Chinese broccoli
  • 300 grams fresh rice noodles or 1 12-oz package of dried rice noodles
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
