Grape and Earl Grey Almond Cake


15cm square Cake Pan

  • 1Egg(55g w/o shell) (room temperature)
  • 50g Sugar
  • 50g Melted butter
  • 70g Cake flour
  • 50g Almond flour
  • 3g Baking powder
  • 3g Earl Grey

For Toppings:

  • 9 Grapes
  • 15g Sliced almonds



Preheat the oven to 170℃.

①Crack an egg into a bowl.

②Add sugar and mix well.

③Add the melted butter little by little and mix well.

④Sift together cake flour, almond flour, and baking powder. Add Earl Grey tea on top, then mix with a rubber spatula.

⑤Finally, add the sliced almonds and mix.

⑥Pour the filling into the tin and arrange the grapes on top.

Finally add sliced almonds.

⑦Bake for 170℃ 24 min.

⑧Let it cool in the tin for about 15 minutes.

Afterward, wrap it in plastic wrap and let it cool completely.

It's best to let it sit for at least half a day before eating; it will be more delicious.
