Zucchini Chips

INGREDIENTS

  • 230g of zucchini (grated)
  • 120g (1 1/4 cups) of parmesan

METHOD

1. Wash and grate the zucchini and transfer them to the bowl. Press with hands to remove the excess of water.

2. Add the parmesan to the bowl with zucchini and mix all together well to combine.

3. Pour a spoonful of mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press it down to obtain a thin and compact layer.

4. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 20 minutes. Serve them all together after baking.
