INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 2 Tspn Oil
  • ½ Tspn Cumin
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • ½ Tspn Ginger
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds

Cook For 30 Sec.

  • ½ Cup Water
  • ½ Tspn Pepper Powder
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 Cup Flour / Atta
  • 2 Tbsp Suji / Semolina

Mix Well

Cool Down For 5 Min.

  • 1 Boiled Potato

Grate The Potato

  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Mix Well

Make Dough

Take Some Dough

Roll

Cut The Edges

Cut Into Small Pieces

Fry In Medium Heated Oil

Fry Until Golden And Crispy
