Crunchy Potatoes


  • 2 potatoes
  • 50g (1/2 cup) of flour
  • 50g (5 tbsp) of cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp of paprika
  • 1/3 tsp of curry powder
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 2g of salt
  • 20ml (1 tbsp) of olive oil
  • 70ml (1/3 cup) of water


1. Clean and chop the potatoes into small cubes. Boil for 2 minutes.

2. In a bowl mix together curry powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cornstarch, flour, olive oil, and water.

3. Mix chopped potatoes with the prepared mixture.

4. Add 2 tbsp of potatoes onto the parchment paper and fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
