Crunchy Potatoes
INGREDIENTS
- 2 potatoes
- 50g (1/2 cup) of flour
- 50g (5 tbsp) of cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- 1/3 tsp of curry powder
- A pinch of black pepper
- 2g of salt
- 20ml (1 tbsp) of olive oil
- 70ml (1/3 cup) of water
METHOD
1. Clean and chop the potatoes into small cubes. Boil for 2 minutes.
2. In a bowl mix together curry powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, cornstarch, flour, olive oil, and water.
3. Mix chopped potatoes with the prepared mixture.
4. Add 2 tbsp of potatoes onto the parchment paper and fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
