- 1 Tbsp Oil
- ½ Tspn Salt
- Mix Well
- 1/3 Cup Water
- Make Dough
- Potato Stuffing:
- 2 Boiled Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp Onion
- 1 Green Chilli
- ½ Tspn Salt
- ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
- ½ Tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ Tsp Cumin
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- Mix Well
- 1 Tbsp Cornflour
- 1 Tbsp Ghee
- Mix Well
- Take Some Dough
- Roll (Make 6 Chapati)
- Ghee Mixture
- Spread Well
- Another Roti
- Repeat the Process
- Cut the Edges
- Cut Into Square Shape
- Roll A Little Bit
- Potato Mixture
- Water at the Edges
- Fold As Shown
- Fry in Medium Heated Oil
- Fry For 7-8 Min.
