Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • Mix Well
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • Make Dough
  • Potato Stuffing:
  • 2 Boiled Potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp Onion
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
  • ½ Tsp Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • Mix Well
  • 1 Tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • Mix Well
  • Take Some Dough
  • Roll (Make 6 Chapati)
  • Ghee Mixture
  • Spread Well
  • Another Roti
  • Repeat the Process
  • Cut the Edges
  • Cut Into Square Shape
  • Roll A Little Bit
  • Potato Mixture
  • Water at the Edges
  • Fold As Shown
  • Fry in Medium Heated Oil
  • Fry For 7-8 Min.
