Coffee Biscuits & Cheesecake

Ingredients
Capacity of glass container is 750ml
- 200g Cream Cheese
- 60g Granulated Sugar
- 200m; Heavy Cream
- 5g Instant Coffee
- 45ml Hot Water
- 1 tsp Rum(or Your favorite liquor)
- 65g Biscuits
For Finish:
- Cocoa Powder
【Directions】
①Dissolve instant coffee in hot water. Also, add the rum and mix.
②In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
③In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form while cooling it with ice water. Add the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
④Line the bottom of a glass container with biscuits and brush with the coffee mixture prepared in step 1. Layer the cream cheese mixture on top and smooth it out. Repeat this process three more times.
⑤Refrigerate for about half a day.
Sprinkle cocoa powder on top to finish. Enjoy!
