Meat and Cheese Bundt Cake


  • 750g of ground meat
  • 90g of cheese mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 220ml (4/5 cup) of cream
  • Olive oil
  • 200g of cream cheese
  • 220g of mozzarella cheese
  • 70g of parmesan cheese


1. In a bowl mix together meat, cheese mix, egg, and salt. Transfer the mixture to the cake pan.

2. In another bowl mix together eggs and salt, add in cream cheese, cream, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

3. Pour the cheese mixture into the cake pan with the meat.

4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 60 minutes.
