Spaghetti with Tomatoes, Burrata and Basil

Ingredients:

  • 320g spaghetti
  • 400g baby plum tomatoes
  • 4tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic clove
  • 1 medium burrata (250g)
  • handful of fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

1. Start by heating up olive oil.

2. Smash some garlic and throw it in.

3. Now, slice your tomatoes and add them to the pan.

4. Add salt.

5. In the meantime cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water; strain them "al dente".

6. Add a little bit of pasta water and your spaghetti into the sauce.

7. Add the Burrata on top, basil, black pepper and a little bit more of extra virgin olive oil.
