Biscuit Cake with Cream and Chocolate


  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 60g (1/4 cup) of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 30g (1/4 cup) of flour
  • 30g (1/4 cup) of cornstarch
  • 520ml (2 cups) of milk
  • 60g of butter
  • 350g of chocolate cookies
  • 200g of milk chocolate
  • 100ml (2/5 cup) of cream
  • 90g of chopped hazelnut


1. In a bowl mix together egg, salt, sugar, vanilla, milk, flour, and cornstarch.

2. Cook on low heat until starts thickening.

3. In the pan add cookies, top with the prepared cream mixture, and repeat two times.

4. Top with a mixture of chocolate, cream, and nuts.

5. Refrigerate for a few hours and serve.
