Ingredients
Soup Base:
- 1 cup water
- ½ Tbsp dashi stock powder
- 2 Tbsp mirin
- 2 Tbsp sake
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp sugar
Gyudon:
- ½ large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef
- ½ cup sliced green onions, divided
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp fried garlic
- 2 onsen eggs
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 Tbsp chili crisp oil
