- 1 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
- Salt
- Turmeric Powder
- Red Chili Powder
- Carom Seeds
- 1/2 Chopped Onion
- 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilis
Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder/Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Gram Flour (Besan)
- 1-2 cup Sour Curd
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
Coriander Seeds
- 1-2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste (Optional)
- Salt
- 1/2-1 ltr Water
- 1 tsp Clarified Butter
- Oil
- Asafoetida
- Cumin Seeds
- Fenugreek Seeds
- Black Pepper Corn
- 3-4 Cloves
- 2-3 Dry Red Chilis
- 2 tsp Gram Flour (Besan)
- 2-3 Finely Chopped Green Chilis
Finely Chopped Ginger
- 1 tsp Crushed Coriander Seeds
- Oil For Frying
Dried Fenugreek Leaves
- 1 tsp Clarified Butter
- Cumin Seeds
- Asafoetida
- Dry Red Chilis
- Red Chili Powder
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
