If You Have 1 Raw Potato & Suji At Home, You Can Make This Crispy Suji Snacks | Suji Triangle Snacks

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 2 Tspn Oil
  • ½ Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1 Tspn Sesame Seeds
  • ½ Tsp Chilli Flakes

Cook For 30 Sec.

  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Grated Raw Potato

Cook For 2 Min.

  • ½ Tspn Salt
  • ½ Cup Suji/Semolina
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Mix Well

Cook Until Separate from the Pan

Cool Down For 5 Min.

Grease Oil

Spread the Mixture

Cut Into Triangle Shapes

Fry in Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-7 Min.
