  • 60g Komatsuna
  • 60g Onion
  • 15g Salted butter
  • 12g(1.5tbsp)Flour

① Break the pasta by hand into four equal pieces. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add a teaspoon of salt when it boils, then add the pasta and turn off the heat. Cover and let it soak in the boiling water for the specified cooking time for the pasta. After the time has passed, drain the water.

③ Heat a frying pan, add butter, and sauté the bacon, onion, and komatsuna.

④ Reduce the heat to low, sprinkle in the flour, and sauté.

⑤ When the flour becomes transparent, add soy milk and mix well. Add chicken stock, miso, salt, and pepper to adjust the flavor.

⑥ Once it thickens slightly, add the pasta and mix together.

⑦ Transfer to a heatproof container, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, and toast in the toaster until it develops a delicious-looking color. Your dish is ready!
