Chocolate Decorations
1)
INGREDIENTS
- Acetate
- Melted dark chocolate
- Melted white chocolate
METHOD
1. Pour melted dark chocolate into a piping bag.
2. Draw various circles and spirals on an acetate.
3. Let dry.
4. Pour white chocolate on top covering the acetate. Let dry.
5. Cut several triangles and use them to decorate a muffin.

INGREDIENTS
- Acetate
- Cinnamon powder
- Melted white chocolate
METHOD
1. Sprinkle ground cinnamon onto the acetate.
2. Pour melted white chocolate into a pipping bag.
3. Make several balls in the acetate.
4. Place another acetate on top and use a glass to press each ball to flatten.
5. Let set. Serve with chocolate mousse.

INGREDIENTS
- Acetate
- Melted dark chocolate
METHOD
1. Place an acetate on top of a sign or pattern.
2. Shape the letters with melted dark chocolate and let set.
3. Decorate a cake with chocolate letters.
