3 Tasty Veggie Dumplings

Ingredients

Veggie Siomai Recipe:

  • Chia "Egg'
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds + 60ml water
  • 400g firm tofu
  • 1 red onion
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 stalk spring onion
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 300g button mushrooms
  • 100g ubod (heart of palm)
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch add more if needed
  • siomai wrappers
  • steam for 15-20 minutes
  • top with chili garlic oil and spring onion
  • serve with soy sauce and calamansi or lemon

Mushroom Potstickers:

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 150g seafood mushrooms
  • 200g king oyster mushrooms.
  • 150g napa cabbage
  • 1 stalk onion leeks
  • 2 olive oil
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp potato starch
  • gyoza wrappers

Tofu and Chives Dumpling:

  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 100g shiitake mushrooms
  • 450g firm tofu
  • 300g chives
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy bean paste
  • 2 tsp mushroom powder
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 3-4 tbsp cornstarch
  • dumpling wrappers
  • Steam for 6-8 minutes
