Shrimp Potato Balls


  • 500g of potatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 10 shrimps
  • Cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • Panko


1. Peal and cut the potatoes into small pieces and transfer them to the pot with water. Boil for 30 minutes and remove from the heat. Transfer to the bowl.

2. Smash the potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Mix with a spatula.

3. Oil the hands and make the balls placing the shrimp inside. Coat with cornstarch, eggs, and panko.

4. Transfer the nuggets to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake in oven at 180°C/360°F for 30 minutes.

5. Serve the shrimp nuggets all together on a serving plate and dip in a pink sauce.
