Blueberry Brownies

Ingredients

  • 18cm square Cake Pan
  • 100g Dark chocolate
  • 50g Unsalted butter  
  • 60g Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs(110g w/o shell) (room temperature)
  • 50g Heavy Whipping cream
  • *10g rum
  • 40g Cake flour
  • 15g Cocoa powder
  • 3g Baking powder

For Toppings:

  • 60g Frozen blueberries

【Directions】

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

Line the loaf pan with parchment paper.

①Put the chopped chocolate and butter in a bowl and heat in the microwave at 600 watts for 1 minute. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. Mix slowly to melt.

②Add sugar, heavy cream, and beaten eggs in that order, and mix well. Mix slowly until smooth.

Add Western wine to taste. 

③Sift the cake flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder, and mix well.

④Pour the batter into the mold and place the blueberries on top.

⑤Preheat the oven to 170°C, then reset it to 160°C and bake for 20 minutes. It's ready!

⑥Remove from the mold once it has cooled slightly, and cut when completely cooled. To prevent drying out, wrap it in plastic wrap or store it in a container.
