Eggplant Rolls
INGREDIENTS
- 450g of minced meat
- 2 tbsp of green onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/3 tsp of salt
- 1/3 tsp of black pepper
- 1 eggplant
- Egg wash
- Breadcrumbs
METHOD
1. Cut eggplant into slices. In the bowl mix together meat, green onion, soy sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
2. Spread the meat onto the eggplant slices and wrap them.
3. Dip into the egg wash and into the breadcrumbs.
4. Fry in the hot oil until golden brown.
