Caramel Pudding
INGREDIENTS
- 260g (1 1/4 cups) of sugar
- 220ml (4/5 cup) of hot water
- 520ml (2 cups) of lukewarm milk
- 200g (1 1/2 cups) of dry milk
- 220ml (2/5 cup) of cream
- 400g (1 1/4 cups) of condensed milk
- 24g of gelatine
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
METHOD
1. In a pan add sugar, cook until caramelised, add water, and mix it.
2. In another bowl mix together milk with gelatine, condensed milk, and vanilla extract add in cream and dry milk powder. Add caramel to the mold, and top with the prepared mixture.
3. Refrigerate for 6 hours.
