INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1/3 Cup Ghee
  • 1 Cup Suji / Semolina

Roast In Low Heat

Keep Stirring

Roast For 5-7 Min.

Keep Aside

  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Water

Let It Boil

Boil For 3-5 Min.

  • 1/3 Cup Milk Powder

Mix Well

Add Suji

Mix Well

Cook Until Separate From The Pan

Grease Oil in 6 Inch Mould

Place a Baking Paper

Pour

Spread Well

Keep Aside For 20 Min.
