INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
- 1/3 Cup Ghee
- 1 Cup Suji / Semolina
Roast In Low Heat
Keep Stirring
Roast For 5-7 Min.
Keep Aside
- ½ Cup Sugar
- 1 Cup Water
Let It Boil
Boil For 3-5 Min.
- 1/3 Cup Milk Powder
Mix Well
Add Suji
Mix Well
Cook Until Separate From The Pan
Grease Oil in 6 Inch Mould
Place a Baking Paper
Pour
Spread Well
Keep Aside For 20 Min.
