Fluffy Steamed Chocolate Buns

Ingredients

5 Servings *I used Pudding Cup Mold 90ml capacity

  • 1 Egg(50g w/o shell)
  • 35g Sugar
  • 15g Oil
  • 60g Milk (room temperature)
  • 85g Pancake mix
  • 15g Cocoa powder

toppings

  • 15g Chocolate chip

【Directions】

① Add eggs, sugar, oil, and milk to the bowl in that order, and mix well.

② Add pancake mix and cocoa, and mix well.

*Mix well until there are no lumps and the mixture becomes smooth.

③ Line the pudding cups with glassine paper and pour the batter into them.

④Boil water in a pot, then once it's boiling, turn off the heat.

Arrange the pudding cups , cover them, and steam over strong medium heat for 10 minutes.

*Note: I recommend wrapping the lid with a tea towel or large cloth, so that water won’t drip onto the buns.
