INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Raw Potato
  • Grate the Potato
  • Wash With Water
  • Leftover Roti
  • Cut the Edges
  • Cut Into Pieces
  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
  • ½ Tsp Chilli Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Cumin
  • ½ Tsp Ajwain
  • ½ Cup Gram Flour
  • ½ Cup Water

Mix Well

Coat the Bread Pieces with Gram Flour

Fry in Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-7 Min.
