Airfryer Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

6 cookies

  • 20g Whole egg
  • 25g granulated sugar
  • 25g Unsalted butter, melted
  • 50g Cake flour
  • 15g Cocoa powder
  • 2g Baking powder
  • 15g chocolate chips 

Directions

①Put the beaten eggs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl in that order and mix well.

②Sift and add the ingredients marked with and mix.

③Add the chocolate chips and mix. Leave some chocolate chips aside and place them on top after shaping.

④Divide the dough and roll it into balls. Press lightly with your hands to flatten.

Place the reserved chocolate chips on top.

⑤Cut parchment paper to fit the size of the container and place three cookies on top of it.

⑥On the panel of the non-fryer, select baking and set it to 170°C for 8 minutes, then press the start button. It's good to bake three cookies at a time for a 2L mini size.

When done, cool on a rack or the like, and you're done
