INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:

  • 1 Cup Flour / Maida
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • ½ Tsp Salt

Mix Well

  • 1/3 Cup Water

Make Dough

Keep Aside

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Onion
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1 Grated Potato
  • ½ Cup Grated Carrot
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Chilli Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ Tspn Coriander Powder

Keep Stirring

Cook For 5 Min.

  • 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves

Mix Well

Cool Down

Take Some Dough

Roll

Make Long

Potato Carrot Mixture

Cover Well

Seal The Edges

Fry In Medium Heated Oil

Fry For 5-7 Min.
