Halloween Crepes

This simple but delicious crêpe recipe can be made in minutes from ingredients that everyone has on hand and the result is perfect for a delicious Halloween breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150g pumpkin puree
  • 3 eggs
  • 70g sugar
  • 440ml milk
  • 60ml vegetable oil
  • 10g cocoa powder
  • 230g flour

METHOD

1. Whisk the eggs with the sugar, the pumpkin puree, the oil and the milk.

2. Little by little add the liquid mixture into a container with the flour.

3. Separate 1/3 of the batter and add the cocoa powder to make the chocolate batter.

4. Grease a non-stick pan and draw a spider web with the chocolate batter.

5. Wait until it's completely cooked and add a ladle of pumpkin batter.

6. Cook for 2 minutes. Fill your Halloween crepes with hazelnut cream.
