Yogurt and Chocolate Cake

Yogurt and chocolate cake: soft and flourless!
INGREDIENTS
- 520g (1 3/4 cups) of greek yogurt
- 160g (3/4 cup) of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 60g (1/2 cup) of cornstarch
- 160g (1 cup) of chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar
METHOD
1. In a bowl add the Greek yogurt, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract and whisk. Sift the cornstarch and continue with whisking to combine. Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix to incorporate.
2. Pour the mixture into the cake mold (20cm - mold size) and level it up with a spatula. Transfer to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 50 minutes.
3. Transfer the cake to the serving plate after baking and decorate with powdered sugar.
4. Cut the slice of cake and serve.
